23. Thissessin
Tower Location: Located in the south-eastern quadrant of the plane, this Tower lies along the river Moonsong, between the Rabb Plains and Greensward. The entrance to the Tower itself is underwater.
Summary: Rarely seen, pleasantly tempered Lizard-men who follow the ways of nature.
Notes: The Thissessin are a race of Lizard-men who generally stay in or around water. They keep to themselves in the main trading (infrequently) in rare herbs. There has been favourable contact with our towers in the past facilitated by a small number of Lizardmen from the Valley plane we brought with us (most of these now live in the infamous Sector 7 of the Valley Tower). The Thissessin appear to be in alliance with Barud Tirgul and often act as their scouts, the reason for this alliance is unknown.
Colours: believed to be Green but no known obvious consistent approach.
Activity Level: seldom seen.
