Laire Tinwe
Tower Location: Located in northern Orin Rakatha, the Southern Tower in the Greenheart Forest
Summary: This Tower consists of members of the Silvani race only (Elves) and has only recently been encountered. Not much more information is know at this stage.

Colours: Varying coloured robes (primarily Brown and Green) and a long Green Sash with another colour in the middle (sash worn diagonally across the shoulder).
Activity Level: Rarely encountered.
