Luke Montoya

Priest Luke Montoya was permanently slain in the field whilst out adventuring with the group known as 'KFW'. The exact circumstances of his final death are not yet known, as the group is still on a mission, but it is known that he held his position to the last, defending his comrades with his own life.

These are some of the comments that have been made by his freinds and fellow adventurers:

  • My best wishes to his family, it grieves me to hear that he will no longer be walking the halls of the White Retreat, I hope he has found peace.
I went on several missions with him and Luke was stalwart in the field always standing to the last no matter what was assailing him and I am sure his final death was another typical act of bravery. I will miss him.
May the Good Sphere light our paths,

  • Luke will be a loss to the alliance as well as the White Retreat and most particularly his friends within the Halls of Humact. We will say a prayer for him as we have for all those who have fallen bravely fighting for life and light. Rejoined with his Lord Humact he may enjoy eternal favour in the sacred light of Humact.
I know I speak for all Humacti and especially The Sacred Sword of Humact when I say that his life illuminated all those who knew him, and his bravery will remain an inspiration to us all.

  • Sad news indeed, but I would remember Luke for his qualities and his achievements while he walked among us rather than mourn his death.

I vould like to beleive zat he might haff chosen to return in time but I vould not besmirch his memory by assumink zat. I repect ze choices you made, my friend, even zough it took you from zat vich I hold most dear. You are sorely missed unt deeply respected.

  • Despite having little actual interest in others, I have to say that I too will miss Luke. having met him once or twice on missions he seemed like somebody who could have been beneficial to me as a healer, and I found him pleasant and non-threatening.
I will also miss his incredible ability to blow up talismans as soon as he acquired them...
